13 Day Old Faulty Laptop - Repair not Replace

My Brand New Laptop that took two days to Arrive is not being replaced but sent in for repairs, the parts have not even arrived with no ETA 6 Days Later.

This is completely unacceptable service. I expect a new machine, not a reconditioned one and not to have to wait for it.

This took place within the 14 days stipulated by the CPA and unless this is rectified in 48 hours I shall be considering the laptop returned and wanting a refund.
