Avoid this company

I have spent thousands of rands on computers and ecu's and air mass meters from Direct Data, the last computer I bought was an Autoland Scientech diagnostic machine, R16000 vat. It lasted 1 year and then the key pad packed up, I have now been waiting 7 months for them to repair this tool, all Charles says is that if they had known these tools would be so problematic, they would not have brought them into the country, other than that, I have not heard a word, or received any help in any form from these guys, their service is absolutely non existent, and I would avoid them at all cost in the future. I traveled to their head office in JHB, where I was treated like a criminal, left outside their gates and given some really snotty attitude by Fraser, Charles son, please, what ever you do, do not deal with this company, you will regret it.
