GET YOUR PRODUCT TO WORK OR GO HOME PASTEL!

So... Pastel came back to me with a "solution" for the R4850.00 I misspent several years ago on THEIR "product" with the solution that I downgrade and pay an additional R900.00 odd rand for Pastel express, now why would I want to do that when I ALREADY paid all that money for a product I CANNOT load onto my laptop and USE??? To add insult to injury the "special" price they quoted me for the downgrade happens to be the price is it sold for anyway!!! Either get the product to work or GO HOME PASTEL! I will be telling all and sundry that I know why I would never use your product again! (Oh and by the way the reason I never reported back on this is that I REALLY don't have the time to deal with delaying tactics, as far as I am concerned that's not GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE)
