I am the owner of Le Classique Restaurant in Magaliesburg. We bought a point of sale system because we needed proper controls and Compupos promised this to us. Compupos gave us basic training on the day of installation, promising to come back for more advanced training after about a month. This never happened and when we requested further trainng we were referred to their manual on the website. Not once had they bothered to find out whether we were happy and they are not prepared to assist us in any way. We have been battling with this system ever since and have actually wasted eighteen thousand rand. When my Manager contacted Marcus of Compupos today he became very rude and said that they have 12000 customers and that we are just like a drop in the ocean... simply not important. He tried to hide behind the fact that they provide a manual. Next time when he visits his doctor, he should get a medical journal to read in stead of a diagnosis. I have just read their website and under their testimonials it is stated " 9, 000 customers & many years later, we treat each customer as if they are our first! " This is simply not true. "We are just like a drop in the ocean".
