This is now the umpteenth time I have had to struggle with warranties @ Esquire.
I bought a ROCCAT Kave Gaming Headset from them and I have had it for about a month. The amp channel started to get distorted so I took it in when I had the time because it was for personal use.
Firstly it took them a good hour to figure out that there was something wrong with it. They then told me they need to book it in, I mean really, they need to book in earphones? So I asked them why they need to book in and the lady (was very kind I must say) told me that they need to send it in to their suppliers so they can swop it out or fix it. 4 (four) Business days have now passed and I decided to call because I have heard nothing yet. Now they tell me they are sending it into their suppliers today, why does it take this long and why could they not have made contact with the suppliers while I was there to just check if they can just swap it out for me. It just seems there is always issues with returns. It just tells me they just want the initial sale and after that they treat you like dirt afterwards. If this was for one of my clients, do you think they would have accepted this poor service?
