Final Straw

I have been what I like to believe a loyal Matrix Warehouse customer for over 7 years. I have bought peripherals, hardware, consumables ect. from you guys. But I have reached a point where I cannot deal with the complete lack of care from you guys. I bought a new Solidata 120GB SSD. Less than a month later it failed. I returned it, in the box and in the condition I bought it, only to be told that I have to wait 7-21 working days before I will maybe receive another one. After telling the gentleman that its a hard drive with an OS on it and I need a new replacement ASAP, otherwise I sit with a non-functioning computer, he simply told me he can't do anything. See here's what gets me. This is retail, the customer is always right. No one has bothered to help me out. No one has phoned. No simple turn around or swap from stock. When I contacted to find out whats going on 2 weeks later I got a shot reply telling me they still waiting for it. Time after time after time you guys have repeatedly disappointed me, as this is not the only instance where a complete lack of care has been displayed. No extra mile. I am extremely disappointing. And regret that I will never again use your services.
