Compuden never again

I bought a Samsung screen with them but after 2 months, it just would not switch on. I took it back to them - they told me they have to send it away for repairs. (They should have just replaced it to my opinion).
They said that they will contact me in a weeks time but after 2 weeks we had to call THEM. They said they received the screen and its working again, but when I received it, it was still not working.
