Razer Onza Controller Malfunctioning

My new Razer Onza Controller is malfunctioning after only a few weeks of use, the LS keeps pointing downwards in game, this makes it so frustrating to use. This is very disappointing for me because I am a big fan of Razer, and all the other Razer products I have work flawlessly. I have found many other people with the same problem, and the only options are to take it apart and fix it yourself, or send it back.
