Blocked my email, don't wanna reply, bad attitude!

I have been begging for months to transfer my domain due to lack of service, very very bad service! When I tried to email them, on any of their emails, I didn't get a response, after I tried from a different email address I immediately got a reply with my ticket details, and someone assisted me after few minutes saying they will assist me where they can, but after a while started to ignore me again when they saw my name.

Obviously I got fed up with the bad service and started complaining, but they ignored my complaints and didn't want to do the transfer for me, I have been begging for months now and I can't take it anymore!! This is by far the worst service I ever had by anyone!!

If they just transfered the domain in the first place they wouldn't have had so much trouble, but I won't stop till I get my domain back...
