Worst service I have experienced from a supplier!

After ordering and paying for my components on Friday, I was promised they would arrive by Monday afternoon.

I receieved no feedback as to why I hadn't been contacted and I had to phone them every day to check the status of my order.

Each day I was greeted with a bad attitude over the phone and given vague ETA's on my order.

"Maybe today, Maybe tomorrow" is what I was continuously told in such a way that I should be oh so lucky to be dealing with them.

Rebel Tech has some of the worst customer service/relations I have ever experienced. If someone had just said to me from the beginning that there was a problem with my order and that it will take a few days I would have been fine with that. But to make vague promises and ON TOP OF ALL to treat me as if I'm just some impatient imbecile, that is NOT what I will take.

There are many online computer stores out there and I strongly suggest you use one of the others. This experience has left me feeling bitter and angry.
