Very dissapointed

I have been a loyal supporter for some time now, and have ordered a bit of merchandise from Rebel Tech over the years. I ordered a drive from them online on Monday the 18th of February, and followed up with a call to Rune from Rebel Tech on Tuesday to verify that they had received my payment, and even re-sent the proof to them. I was assured by Rune that my stock would arrive on Thursday. I was relieved, as explained to Rune it was for a b-day present and the person in question was in Port Elizabeth and that we had a friend flying down to PE on Saturday the 23rd who would then drop it off. On Friday (4 days later) I was told that the delivery would not be coming and that it would only be here on Monday the 25th! To late I am afraid. I then wrote an email directly to Rune to let him know how dissapointed I was. Not so much as an apology for it being late after I left a message earlier for him to call me. You customer service is sorely lacking Rune. I suggest you have a look at how you run your business, and how you treat your customers.
