Eware - they do not know what they do!!

Handed in laptop for repairs- they removed all programmes and all detail - i am staying 4 hours from store- called them and they refuse to assist -- my laptop need to be fixed - i paid R1300 for them to just remove all my programmes and data without signed permission to do so--they pass the problem on from one person to another without any real feedback
