If you see the email from yourself you mentioned on the day that refund will be processed..
I asked specifically if we would be refunded and you confirmed this in a email.. yes. ---processed

Besides that we have no indication of a 30 day policy and we were not informed prior.
Our problem was not a 1 month problem it was an ongoing problem that was logged each time..
Due to the frustrations received on the product. The customer could not carry on..

a. On the product it says windows 7 compatible. ---when installed it was not compatible.. Only when calling in it was mentioned that (either it works or it do not and its not advised.)
b. Client then went and purchased server 1x 2003 package over R4000
c. Then we experienced the last fault were the antivirus could not log into the web console.. and the antivirus Office scan said unavailable!
d. This whole project caused over 60 hours labour to look into! (From our side)

Accordingly to the consumer protection act... It cleary says a customer must be warned and informed prior and secondly if the customer is not happy with the product (3 months of problems) it may be returned.. We are not being unreasonable..
