Dissappointed with service and attitude

I took my PC to matrix computers to diagnose / repair. They booked it in 1 june. I started to get concerned the following saturday, after not hearing from them. I phoned on the 8th of june to enquire. The gentleman that answered the morning, informed me that they are not yet open, and that they could only give me feedback after 09:00.

To my surprise i saw that it was 08:55. I made the comment "well, then you have 5 minutes". To my surprise he answered "more like five and a half minutes". At first i thought it was funny, untill i requested him to take my number and asked them to phone me. He then politely replied that he cannot, and that i must phone after 09:00. I phone again after 09:30 and was promised a call back.
I drove there 3hours later, only to find that they hadnt even looked at the machine. The service was shocking. From the technician that wasnt helpfull, to the manager that wasnt better. I still remember when the manager asked the technician, havent you looked at the machine, and the reply " i think so, but i cant remember.

I requested the owners number, and the reply, we cannot give it to you, but your welcome to phone head office on monday if your not happy.
