18 days and still no feedback!!!

I purchased a motherboard as part of basket of goods. The only item left in tock was a opened motherboard. On querying this item i was informed that it had been opened but that the AM3 socket was wrong and the board was returned. The warranty was fully entact and that the board was in 100% working condition.
The board was a dud and i returned it. Alex informed me that he would be taking it to supplier on friday 27th May 2013 and that it would take 5 - 7 working days. It has now been 12 working days, and 18 calendar days later and i have no response. I have tried calling and i was told that they have not heard from supplier as yet.

Please can someone tell me when i will find out whats wrong or recieve a working motheboard back!!
