Its been over a month now that I've been waiting for a refund on an item i returned along with the invoice to the BTD offices in East London.

The invoice apparently misplaced or something, which sent me paging through hundreds of invoices to try and find an invoice which i had already given in and at least found a date that pointed them in the right direction to try find the invoice i gave them.

Communication was good in the first few weeks but as for the last week just non existent! Its been several days since i was asked for my banking account information but do not see the point in that as no transfer has been made.

Its rather disappointing that an established distributor such as BTD cannot follow through with a simple R310 refund.
