2015 Re-fund

On the 24 February around 12h30 I went to festival mall axact for my refund for.i was not happy about their treatment they don't have customer service at all. the guy told me to go to any axact they will give me the refund because he don't hava money at the till.. I told him that I'm not going any were because I dd my laybye there. on the side there were 2 ladies one she's a cashier nd another one she's a supervisor or manager because she's the one who authorized. the cashier told me that she will do the refund on the card because I payed with card and it will take 7 days for my money to reflect. I told them that that's not gonna happen they must give me the money on the foat. how could they send me to another shop we're else I did my laybye there. If they send me to another shop they will give me the money for transport. Please train them the customer serves and to apologize to the customer if they are wrong. and tell them the reason why you give them float in the morning. Tintswalo Ndavane. 0715955139
