Exchange of a ???

My daughter bought a dress from Queenspark at George, without fitting it. When she reached home and fitted she found it was to big for her. She lived is Swellendam. Not so nearby George or Worcester. On the 14th November she brought the dress as well as the payslip to Worcester Branch to exchanged it. Marina Wessels the manager refused to exchange it. Really unaccetable.
