SCORING CRITERIA NOT MET

I have an account with Edgars, but when i wanted to open a on line account with mr price I received an email that THE APPLICATION WAS REJECTED AS THE "SCORING CRITERIA NOT MET" It was minutes after I applied. I thought that it would take 3 working days?
I'm very disappointed
