Car sold with Unspecified Deffects

I bought a vehicle from the above Car Dealership, Upon buying it when asked about the car having any issues they responded that it didn't. On the first day I took the car home I noticed it did have some damage. I called the Dealership who said they will sort it out but it has been over 20 months now and still it hasn't been fixed. I did contact the Motor Industry but according to them Akson's does not want to be a part of their Union hence they have no jurisdiction.
Upon inspection it was brought to my attention that the vehicle was involved in an accident and had been re sprayed many times.
To date I have not had any feedback relating to the fixing of this car.
I would advise people to please be aware when dealing with this dealership.
