DHL-service is not worth of money they charge

My wife had to send me my passports from Jhb to Cape Town after I had received an emergency call from my relatieves overseas and booked my international flights. According to the DHL tracker, the parcel was delivered at about 08:00 in the morning the next day but... it was delivered to another office in a different address and signed by somebody who's name is not even on the company e-mail list. I had to learn about it only at 18:00 after waiting for the whole day and having logged into DHL web tracker. I had to sent a broadcast e-mail to ask for assistance people in all other company's offices. Luckily a collegue of mine gave me an idea where it can be and I found it. The parcel had two telephone numbers of myself and my wife but the courier never even botherd to phone me.
I consider this service level is disgusting and I'll never use it again. Definetely not worth of money they charge
