Damages goods during move

They damaged my dishwasher and now ignores my emails. They advertise that goods insurance is included in their quote, but do not want to use it to repair the goods. I keep on sending emails and get promises as replies. Nothing is happening to my complaint. Advertising insurance as part of the quote and then not using it (or maybe not having it) is.
