Headoffice contacted me only once!

After I complained on Hellopeter 17 Jan 2013, someone phoned me from headoffice on the 23rd, I answered and was busy and asked them to please phone me at a more convenient time, I am still waiting for that call after the agent said he'll phone me back later, now reading the comment below my complaint, apparently they were trying to contact me several times since the 23rd of Jan and that I should phone them??? Really??? Once again I must waste my money on a company who does not even bother to REALLY try and phone the customer for maybe a day or two, no it is an attitude like "Well I did my part, she can now do the rest" I am waiting for you to phone me Chery, I want my money back or I want my lights fixed at your expense!!
