Will not refund

I ordered partsfor my M3 from sovereign Kimberley in Febuary 2013

Not knowing the size of the m3 bearings, the normal M3 bearing was ordered. upon arrival the size of the bearings does not fit.
sovereign refuse to exchange it and the parts still in its original packageing.
i spoke to the manager J Nortje and he stated it is there return polcy.

they have no return policy to give me when i asked them for it.

what do i do with R12120.97 bearings which does not fit my car.
