Bad Service at BMW Club motors

My car was at this club motors in Randburg from June. I only received my car on friday the 6 Sep 2013 after a lot of hassles as well. I asked them to book it for a service and they said they did. I then requested a job card from the service done as well as my service book and I couldn't receive it. My car has a dent and i requset for a spot check document i still have't recived it by now. I was also suppose to get a warrantly document but because the printers were not working i was promsed they would deliver last week but no luck. I called them and I am still unlucky with everything.
