Great service and assistance

Mr Somers went the extra mile to assist me on Saturday 20 April 2013 to test drive a vehicle at McCarthy Ford and Mazda. He was friendly and took time to explain all the aspects of the car to me in a language a woman would understand. He had sufficient knowledge of the car and that he did not know he found out while I waited. He even sent me pictures of the car and forms on the same day to speed up the finance process. Compared to some of the other garages I went, I knew more than the sales men and they were not as efficient in assistance to ensure a car deal or provide information on the cars available. With service like this I will definitely consider supporting them above another car garage.
