WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I bought a brand new Polo GTI DSG in feb 2012.
3 mths later there was a shudder on the pedals and when i took it to VW Fury Northcliff they said theres no fault detected.
2 mths after that i still felt the shuuer and took it back but again they dismissed me.

August 2012 i decide this is BULL so I demanded they book the car in and they discovered a fault on the diagnostic. Now it turns out they need to replace the gearbox. So what have they been doing for 9 weeks???

it is now Jan 2013 and at present VW FURY NORTHCLIFF has my car in for repairs for 9weeks!!!

I have contacted VW SA for assistance they are just as pathetic I have contacted their Dealer Principle and thus far i have not recieved my car and they refuse to give me a new car.

For K sake my car was brand new and I can do nothing to get my car back or get a new car. im IRRATE!!! that their service is so pathetic i thought they were a reputable place but i guess i was wrong.
