More than six bookings my car is still not fixed

I have been in contact with the service manager Elmer Long and Rendle from VW Fury Northcliff. I have asked them to simply fix my car because it had a problem with an EPC light when switched on my car looses power. My car was booked for more than six times but even today am still encountering the same problem.
My patience have run out, as I can't keep on asking them to fix one problem over and over again. I want my car to be permanently fixed or they should replace my car with a new car, same model.

This morning I spoke to a lady called Carol Petrus from VW who also refused to put me thru to her manager Lee-ann Janse van Rensburg to assist with my query, I found her attitude toward me very unprofessional.

Am so disappointed and I don't see myself referring anyone to VW Northcliff.

I just want my car fixed or replaced.
