Service at Princess Crossing is HORRIFIC

Car went in for a service. I ended up paying over R6000 for parts i didnt even need because the car was not diagnosed. Car still did not work after those parts were put in. I complained about it to the head office and nobody has gotten back to me and that was beginning of february. I then took my car to Renault Northcliff and they helped me without any issues. Car is running smoothly and the service was absolutely awesome!!!
