Vehicle was involved in an accident ONE year ago in March. To date, I am still without a fully repaired car (Princess Crossing). We (Myself and Panel beaters) are still battling with Renault SA / Princess Crossing. I have had enough now, standing up and will lambaste Renault SA until this issue to clarified. The story is so long I can't actually give all details.
Massively long timeframes
Parts missing on receipt
Incorrect parts on receipt
Non-compatible integration of parts received
White koki 'graffiti notes marked on window when picking the vehicle up (tried all solvents to removed and received a sarcastic 'use soap and water' from Princess Crossing when I phone the next day - 2 days to remove).
Had a puncture-The Spare (as purchase) does not fit over brake housing-damage to housing-flatbed-cost-9hour ordeal
Carbon Fibre roof cover put on by dealer, cracking and pulling off
Multiple verbal / written communication-no avail.
I am embarrassed to drive this car. I am pursuing the Consumer Protection Act and LAMBASTING Renault SA on as many public platforms as I can to get some resemblance of order, customer service, and finalisation from Renault SA. NEVER AGAIN!
