Very poor service

We received very poor service at Nissan Group 1 in Kuilsriver River. When collecting the vehicle this morning, it became very frustrating. We were given a car that is dirty, it was cleaned when we complained. The tools were only put in while we were kept waiting. The whole thing just looked disorganised, my husband missed his appointment due to this.

We have bought cars before from barons and mercedes Benz and received good service. Nissan was unprofessional and we're never buying a vehicle from them again.
