Poor service and bad attitude

I took my car in for 15000km service on the 10th of April, and all was well until i take my car to super quick for allignment, and all to find that the ring that that removes the caps that protects the nuts on the tyres is missing. I then reported it to Tony who is responsible for car services, he then told me to come to the dealership the following wednesday. When i get there the service manager had this to say without greeting me "What do i do with your piece of wire? I trust my guys, and they have their own tools. The guy who sold you this car maybe didnt put that wire in. We ll give you a call if we find something". This guy was very arrogant and lacked customer service. Im a VW fan, but i think this is the last time i drive one of their cars. Their service is horrible
