Pathetic Useless is a Understatemnt in all aspects

We are trying to apply for vechile finance. It happened twice now that it takes them a whole day to see tha there is documents missing, which they never sent us. I phone to ask exactly what forms are needed and she assures me she will email it straight away and cc me. This as at 15:50 and I tell her that my husband comes of work at 16:00 so it must happen before then. Idrive to my husbands' work and realise that no emails are coming through and I phone again, then being told that they are in a staff meeting that only finishes at 16:30, the lady says hold on and literally puts me on hold for nothing to happen. I phone again crying with anger and the lady tells me- "dont you get it, they are in a staff meeting untill 16:30" to which I reply, what is more important, Custemor Service or a Staff meeting and then she puts me on hold again which results to the woman wasting all my airtime and left me without any way to contact my husband to make arrangements. I am very disgusted, it has been a week now and nothing has happened yet to get the vechile finance in order! I hope I have the pleasure of never ever doing any business with them again!!
