They have my money

I took my car in for a service. They needed to fix my hand break too. It was the only day I could take my car in as I was moving to pmb two days later. They called my with the quote, and I transfered the whole amount. At 4pm I get a call saying they need to send my car to a a panel beater because of the hand break and can I leavbe the car there or bring it back the next day? At 4pm??? I said no cause I needed it to finish up my plans for my move.
So the guy there Zuan I think says ok since I've paid R1500 of the amount for the hand break, he would pay my half back then the rest when he sold the part he had bought. Then when the owner got involved he said I will get nothing until the part is sold. Its been almost two months. After many emails I get told if u don't like it then get lawyers involved.
This is the second bad experience. It took them three days to put in a new cambelt and fix the mess up they made. And the only reason I took it back was I was told that theres a 12 month guarantee on it and it gabe me hassles till I took it back to be told sorry its only 6 months guarantee. I'm still waiting for my money. It should be.
Advice to others. DO NOT USE THEM
