I've had it with A&B Movers

I was moved from CT to JHB by A&B Movers on the 28th of January 2013. Upon delivery of my goods, my tv stand was damaged and a few items of clothing were missing along with my 2 USBs. I reported this to them immediately and I am in fury because nothing has been done ever since. When I call them Karen always promises to call me back but nothing ever happens. Worse part is this is the second time I use them and I find them extremely unhelpful. For my first m of move, I lost a pricey pair of shoes which was never replaced and i gave them the benefit of the doubt and used them again for the second time and yet again they proved me right. I am so livid. They cant get away with this.
