Bad service and workmanship- Car service city

I recently had my Volvo v70 serviced at Bruma car service city and was not happy with the end results. After spending R25 000 (which is extremely exorbitant for the services rendered), my problem has not been addressed yet to my satisfaction.

My car was fitted with new shock absorbers, but the mountings were never fitted, as I believed they would be part and parcel of the front -and rear shock absorbers. Now the suspension on the car is noisy and not at all up to standard. I was asked via sms if I was COMPLETELY (their caps) satisfied and I replied "No", then I took the car back but nothing was done (the computer system was also haywire and that was still not fixed after several clumsy attempts). Somebody else from the organization called me but nothing has happened yet.

I want the shock mountings fitted to my car free of charge, surely after paying such a large amount on a service, that should be part of the deal. I feel cheated and ripped off to say the least.
