Not delivering on their promises

Nissan had their special on the Navara D/C for R296000. I mailed the salesperson and asked if the deal was still on or not. I was told that it ended the previous day but they still had stock that somebody ordered and cancelled the last minute. I told the salesman that he must see what finance could be arranged and I sent through all the documents required. A week later I still hadn't heard back from them. I thought, because it was long weekends and so on it could take some more time. I contacted them the next week and enquired on the progress of the finance application. They said they'd phone back with the details. Lady phoned back but the quote was then on the full price vehicle (not the special). I told them something didn't sound right and I mailed the salesmen, who told me that the vehicle was transferred to another branch and that's why they can only offer me the full price vehicle. I wanted the vehicle at the special price not for R50k more. I feel this is unacceptable. Promising one thing and then just saying no sorry you cant deliver on that promise and I had to contact them each time and ask what's the progress, has it been cleared yet, let me know, just to get let down
