Appalling service and lack of communication

On the 3 April I received a proforma invoice and on receiving this, I paid by EFT on the 4 April. However, the amount was incorrect (which the fault was on my side), however after sending the proof of payment to UPS, NO ONE informed me of the short-fall, which delayed my parcel being delivered. Only after I called on Wednesday, 10 April, was I informed that there was a short fall, which I sorted out immediately and faxed the proof of payment yet again. I once again called and spoke to the accounts department who informed me that they had not received proof of payment, even through they I kept them on the line whilst I sent the fax and they acknowledged the receipt of this. Today (11 April) my parcel has STILL not arrived after I have paid the full amount and now I have been informed that the accounts department has STILL NOT RECEIVED MY PAYMENT! They now inform me that the fax number I had been using had been out of order for three days and it was a fax to email number, which is not the case as the number was 0119229555. This is not the first time I've had problems with UPS and I am extremely frustrated by the lack of service and competence of UPS! WHEN WILL I GET MY PARCEL!
