Brand new IX 35 bought and took delivery on the 14th of December. After returning from holiday on the 14th of January the dealer was notified about all the defaults and promised to correct. After 2 failed attempts for them to collect the vehicle the customer service centre was approached to handle the query. My number plates was delivered beginning of feb and the conusltant didnt have the correct equipment for the numberplates to be attached. After empty promises from the call centre, dealing with Sibusiso and then Rob the assistant manager and then Max the manager nothing has still been done to resolve the matter. It has now been 3 months after the initial query was given to the customer service centre. The car was given to us with a grease mark on the inside of the vehicle, towbar not working, nudge bar rusted, handbrake faulty, rear bumper loose as a result of bolts that was stripped.i had to physically drive to the Springs dealership today and demand them to fix the problem.i think from a big car supplier such as Hyundai they will look after their clients and will make buying a brand new vehicle a pleasant experience.experienced truly service
