No wiper motor available for Ford Bantam

On 12 March I have ordered a new Wiper motor for my Ford Bantam. My Local Dealer informed me that there is no stock but the ETA will be 19 March. 20 March they came back to me and told me the ETA will be 8 April. On 22 March I send a complaint to their Call Center and heard nothing from Ford. The 25th of March I send the same complaint, I received a call and they told me they are busy to process my complaint. Today, 9 April my Local Dealer told me the part have not arrived and they don't know when it will be here! I still haven't hear anything from the Call Center.
