BAD Management

I was at the Fairway Convenience Centre situated in Durban North on 06 April 2013 around 9pm. I was at the Engen Garage for not more than 2mins, and I was approached my the security who told me I cannot park outside the shop, at that point I was ready to move my vehicle, and the staff of the garage became arrogant and rude. my partner had stated to them already that we were leaving. as we were about to do so. a White Couple, approached us, using abusive language and threatening us to leave the premises. The Manager approached and was unable to do anything. this couple continued swearing and abusing us. which I felt was becoming a incident. the male also hit my car, and at that point started to get violent. I eventually left the garage, and I write this complaint, due to the fact that the manager could not see the abuse that was going on. I have been going to that Garage for many years now. and this is the first time I experienced this. I will definitely not shop there anymore. from staff to management and the outside people, it was absolutely disgusting behaviour and service that we received. to me it seemed the couple had control over who could shop at Fairway. disappointin
