"sorry we are closed"

I work late at a closeby restraunt most nights and some nights I do need to refill my petrol, the closest garage is the Willhof engen garage in Klerksdorp, I've been there numerous times at night where I have to hoot for about 15min until a very sleepy and rude staff comes to help, I've seen cars pass there, thinking their closed because the staff refuses to come out and assist customers. I had to refill my petrol tonight and after hooting for service for abt 15min, a UTERLY rude guy told me they are actually closed?! Closed with staff members there?? My understanding is that engen is a 24hrs garage, I wanted to contact the owner, but some friends of mine complained abt the same prop and did speak to the owner and he also told them they aren't really open at night, when they said their gna lodge a complaint to engen's headoffice his attitude shifted?? I am really astonished by the garage's management and rude staff and I wil NEVER support them again!!! I wish the owner knew how many cars pass there at night wanting some petrol, but their loosing that income because of lazy staff!!! If they get paid for sleeping all night I would LOVE a job there aswell!!!
