Brand New Car full of flaws

Cars & Transport

I bought a brand new Hyundai i20 in July 2012. Since then, i had been noticing some errors with it, but thought id bring it up in my first service. These included: Streaks on my Windscreen from the smash and grab
Handbrake needing adjusting, Brakes making a funny noise/shuddering, Rattle in the dashboard, Electric window making noises, Central locking on the boot jamming, Left h/s seats jamming to lift and flatten, Aircon = funny smell

I was then involved in a rear ender in the Dec but only managed to book my car in the first week of Jan. The panelbeater came back to me, to say the Valance has two indentations in it, even though no brackets were broken. The panelbeater also told me that there is a patch up of paintwork by the rear vender and the boot.

My car is not even 6 months old, as well as only has 11 000 KMS on it. I have informed the branch of this, and the branch Sales Manager has told me that the problems ive experienced they'll look into when the car comes in for a service as it can be due to wear and tear! Are you kidding??

I was also told that Hyundai Sandton are not sure what I want them to do about it?

At this point i want a new vehicle! End of discussion.
