Policy not loaded

I bought a BMW X3 from Chery Isando and took delivery of it on the 24 November 2012. I have value added products with them. Yesterday my car broke and got towed it to my house as it was late. to my suprise when i got to work to claim on my SA Warranty Policy it was not loaded. This is not the first time Chery Isando hasnt paid the funds to the respective institution. i think auditors must go and check whats exactly going on at that dealership. firstly am inconvienced and dont have transprt to get to work. Why wasnt the policy loaded in the first time? The dealership is a disgrace and I just wonder how many clients are inconvienced because of their incompetency. Its been 5 months... Can it really take that long for a policy to be loaded? Am disgusted at the way i have been treated by the dealership.
