We took our vehicle in for repairs that we paid R5437.15 and when we went to collect the vehicle the same problem still exist. Our vehicle has been back to Group 1 Nissan Kuilsrivier 4 times every time with a different problem and everytime the same problem exist.

The 4th time the car went back, they said they tested and CONFIRMED that its the timing chain and going to cost us another R9250.00 that is after we already paid R5437.15 for a problem that was not resolve. Hertzog said we can take the car for a second opinion. We took the car to Imperial Nissan (Very professional) and they tested the timing chain and could not find any problem with it. They then look for the problem and found that it was only a dirty valve and after they cleaned the valve the car had no more problems, been driving the car for 2 weeks and still no problems.

Now I want Group 1 Nissan to refund my money, because they did not fix anything and just wanted to escalate the cost.

They suppose to be professionals and not take their clients for a ride. I feel i don not have to pay for something that was not fixed!!!
