A month later still no car!

I have had similar experiences with this company, really terrible experiences. Problem started when I took my car in as it wouldn't start and I was told the job will be quick and how I would get it in no time. It took more than a week and whenever I called the owner always promised to call me back but these calls never came through. I was relieved to get my car back even though I had lost a lot of business during this time, as my car was bought for business purposes. He reassured me that I would not be having any problems and that they had changed the control box and claimed from warranty. Exactly, a month later, same problem as i was trying to leave home, car wouldn't start.

I called All Car Electric again and were quick to come out to my house to see what the problem was. He reassured me it wasn't the same problem and his comment 'cars break all the time, it definitely isn't the same problem'. They took the car in Tuesday 05 March and after a few phone calls, I was reassured yet again, 2-3 days and the Friday still no phone call. I march in the workshop, after a few of those 'social calls' find out they couldn't program the keys and had taken the car without my knowledge to Fo
