I contacted the Speed Services Customer Care Line to find out what happened to a parcel - Michelle not only confirmed on her system that the parcel was, in fact, waiting for collection at the correct post office, but offered to verify this with the post office. Oh yeah! I thought when I gave my contact details. But, she did indeed call back within a few minutes to confirm that the parcel was waiting for collection, and gave an additional slip number. This was fast, friendly and efficient service beyond the call of duty.
