A car I purchased 4 months ago

I purchased a car in December. I could not take delivery as the air conditioner was broken. 3 1/2 weeks later I get a call I can collect the car. Since then the car has been backwards and forwards to me. I have returned the car 4 times in total. Last week I take the vehicle in and STILL have not received a response.
