MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

On Wednesday 27 March 2013 I hired a car from Hertz car hire at King Shaka and was assisted by Fallon LeFleur. When I arrived to pay the deposit of R1000 for the car using my "Cheque Card", she advised that the card was not accepted by Hertz car hire as a form of payment. I had to ask a friend to come to the airport and assist with her credit card. When she arrived Fallon LeFleur took the money from my "cheque card" and she didn't even apologise for it, all she said was I think I have debited your account. When I asked her when my money will be reversed back into my account she said the same day, I called her later that day and she asked me to give it 24 hours. I called again after 24 hours and she said unfortunately she can't help me any further as they are having a busy "Easter weekend". Fallon's attitude and customer service is disgusting to say the least. I will logged a complaint with the Consumer Protection office. My money is still not in my account till today and I need my money. I do not want her to contact me and apologise as the damage has been done. I want HERTZ to give me my money back.
