I needed a clutch part for my keeway motorcycle and not knowing who the agents in Port Elizabeth were I sent an email to the factory in china who put me in contact with Puzey motorcycle corporation.
Puzey then contacted the factory and requested that the required part be located or made if no part could be located.
The required part was located and puzey very kindly requested that it be shipped with one of their own orders.
The part arrived and was sent to me by courier.
Puzey went out of their way to help me, all the phone calls that were made and emails sent just for one small part with a value of just over R 200 including shipping and courier.
NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!! also deserving credit is Francois in the spare parts department who responded promptly to all email and phone calls.
Even more amazing is Puzey Motorcycle Corporation went to a lot of trouble to help and my bike was not purchased from them when it was new.
